HowlerHowler 4.2% Abv
Rich flavoured russet (red/brown) ale. Very smooth with lots of fine condition. The initial strong malt flavours, gives way to bitter sweet estery finish with a hint of blackcurrant.

Sheep Shagger's GoldSheep Shaggers Gold 4.5% Abv
The best beer baa none! An exceptional continental style beer with good body and refreshing aftertaste.

MaverickMaverick 4.2%Abv
A fine, robust fruity ale with reddish mahogany colour and warm roasted malt flavours. A full 'mouth' taste and fruity hop aromas generate a distinctive character to this beer.

Sublime StoutSublime Stout 6.8% Abv
Dry imperial stout. Dark with red highlights. A mellow sweetness, then large malty fruitiness, followed by a long, smooth dry finish.

Harviestoun Brewery

Bitter and TwistedBitter & Twisted 3.8% Abv
A sharp, blonde beer with a supberb hop profile. Hersbruker hops give a hint of honey and the tang of grapefruit, whilst Challenger hops lend a spicy fruitiness like the twist of a lemon. Extremeley moreish.

SchiehallionSchiehallion 4.6% Abv
Harviestoun's unique cask conditioned lager beer, named after one of Scotland's best loved and most recognisable mountains. The finest lager malt and Hersbrucker hops are fermented at a very low temperature with lager yeast then served "on the yeast" at cellar temperature withough filtering or extra fizz.
Dry, crisp, refreshing and wonderfully flavoursome.

Number of the BeastThe Number of the Beast 4.3% Abv
This tasty ale is light in colour, yet strong in flavour, with a wondeful hoppy aroma and citrus flavour, with just a hint of sweet malt in the finish. It is a thirst-quenching yet well-rounded beer, proving that a lower strength can still be big on taste.

Natural BlondeNatural Blonde 4.0% Abv
This one's certainly not a bottle blonde. A light golden beer brewed from lager and wheat malts. A stunnign blend of four hop varieties, Pilot, Styrian Goldings, Cascade and Glacier combine perfectly to give powerful, yet balanced "top notes". Very refreshing...

Hand-crafted and amber in colour, the Ale of Leven is brewed using maris otter and crystal malts combined with a blend of whole-hop flowers to produce an easy drinking beer which is sweet with a spicy bitterness.

Bonnie and BitterBonnie & Bitter 3.6% Abv

Hand-crafted and blonde in colour, Bonnie and Bitter is brewed using maris otter and crystal malts with a blend of whole-hop flowers to produce and easy drinking beer with a citrus taste and a full-rounded bitterness.

KessogKessog 5.2% Abv

This ale is dark in colour with warm spicy flavours. A quality handcrafted ale, produced in small batches and made with the best quality barley and hops sourced from around the world.

Inveralmond Brewery

Bitter and TwistedOssian 4.1% Abv
This superb golden ale continues to win awards. A pale, golden coloured brew with a full bodied fruity flavour with distinct nutty tomes and a hoppy, zesty, orange aroma, derived from First Gold and Cascade hops. Excellent brewing resulted in Ossian being judged the Champion Beer of Scotland

SchiehallionInkie Pinkie 3.7% Abv
Inkie Pinkie is an old Scottish term for 'light beer' or 'small beer'. Thought to have originated in Stirlingshire around the end of the 18th century. A superb summer session ale. It is refreshing and fruity with a pleasing hop aroma.
Dry, crisp, refreshing and wonderfully flavoursome.

ThrappledouserThrappledouser 4.3% Abv
Thrapple is the Scots word for throat. And what a wonderfully expressive word it is. So when you hear someone say "My throat's really dry" you can cry out in glorious abandonment "Douse your thrapple with Thrappledouser my guid man!". Then stand back. A marriage of Pilgrim, East Kent Goldings and Cascade hops presents a delicate citrus aroma and a unique spicy floral taste.

Lia FailLia Fail 4.7% Abv
Lia Fail is Gaelic for "Stone of Destiny", upon which the kings of Scotland were crowned. In 1296, against the wishes of the Scots, the Stone was taken by Edward I to England. Rightfully returned in 1996, it can be found in Edinburgh Castle, although many believe the stone never left Scotland, and that the real Lia Fail is in a secret hiding place somewhere in Scotland. The beer is rich with a well balanced and satisfying sweetness with chocolate notes. Truly a beer fit for a King's coronation.

Ale of AthollAle of Atholl 4.5% Abv
Full bodied, mellow and delicious. The name of this full-bodied, mellow, red-coloured ale is a pun on the Vale of Atholl, which lies close to Moulin Village.

Skull SplitterSkull Splitter 8.5% Abv
Skull Splitter is Orkney's strongest ale: which is named after Thorfinn Einarsson who was the 7th Viking Earl of Orkney. Sophisticated, satiny smooth with a deceptively light character, it is a tribute to their colourful forbear. On the nose, this strong beer has a fruity malt character, with hints of dark fruit, spicy hop, dates and figs. On the palate, rich and complex with sweet toasted malt, molasses, fresh and dried fruit and hints of warming spices

Northern LightNorthern Light 4.0% Abv
Northern Light is our favorite pale ale: as a drink on its own, or matched with lighter or spicy food dishes, Northern Light is refreshing and rewarding all year round. On the nose, this pale straw-colored beer offers appealing citrus fruits, apricot and hop-resin aromas. On the palate, these fruits combine with a delicate juicy malt character to give a beer with a hoppy, zesty approachability - balanced, elegant and compelling.

Dark IslandDark Island 4.6% Abv
Dark Island is an iconic beer: a standard-bearer for traditional Scottish ales. In cask, this beer has twice won CAMRA's Champion Beer of Scotland. On the nose, this dark beer offers bitter chocolate, figs, toffee and hints of fruit. On the palate, this resolves into beautiful, silky-smooth, coffee-and-chocolate flavours, followed by figs, dates and dried fruits, with a very appealing, lingering aftertaste of fruits and hop bitterness.

Refreshing, balanced and full of flavour. This is a captivating gold bier, sophisticated in taste and rich in colour. Edinburgh Gold boasts an attractive continental hop aroma with moderate bitterness and a pleasing smooth finish.

Copper CascadeCopper Cascade 4.1% Abv
Our tribute to a firm favourite of brewer's the world over; the Cascade Hop. Copper Cascade is a deep red, full bodied, medium dry beer. It's special character comes from the generous addition of North West American Cascade hops - a delightful hop with a spicy, floral, almost blackcurrant character.

John Paul JonesJohn Paul Jones 4.0%Abv
Originally brewed as a celebration beer to commemorate this one time Buccaneer's 250th birthday anniversary in July 1997. He was born on the neighbouring farm to our original brewery site at Southerness. Such has been the popularity of this brew, that we include this with our mainstream products regularly. John Paul Jones is dark amber in colour, with a perfect nose reminiscent of summer meadows. Pronounced tastes of best "Maris Otter" malt with a hint of Brambling Cross fresh Hereford hops, combine to yield a suggestion of sweetness in the aftertaste, making this an extremely pleasant drink.

KnockendochKnockendoch 5.0%Abv
Dark copper coloured, with pronounced tastes of malts and hops. Initial reaction is the flavour of deeply roasted malts, followed by the pleasing aftertaste of best whole Hereford hops, which linger on the palate.

Williams Bros

Cock o' the WalkCock o' the Walk 4.3% Abv
Cock O' The Walk pours like a cherry, sunburst guitar delivering an explosion of colour into your glass. A classic Red Ale brewed with large amounts of crystal malt and an eclectic blend of hops from around the globe.

Seven GiraffesSeven Giraffes 5.1% Abv
Seven Giraffes combines an electric blend of seven varieties of malted barley with fresh cone hops from around the world, wild elderflowers and lemon zest to create a refreshing, aromatic and moreish beer.

80/-Ceilidh 4.7% Abv
Ceilidh - A 'gathering' of ingredients from around the world: Hops from the Czech Republic and the U.S. Belgian pilsner malt, German yeast, and Scottish water take their own good time to combine and produce a delicious, crisp, citrusy lager.
Ceilidh is 'lagered' for a minimum of 90 days - similar to classic European lagers such as Budvar.

Joker IPAJoker IPA 5.0% Abv
There's at least one in every pack and this is our very own agent of chaos. Created from a complex layer of malts and blended hops, this well balanced IPA delivers satisfaction every time. Golden in the glass, fruity on the nose with hints of cedar. Joker IPA is Bitter/Sweet, full of flavour and is sure to put a smile on your face.

Williams Ginger BeerGinger Beer 3.8% Abv
The aromas are mainly of ginger and spice with a hint of citrus.
Taste is fantastic, not too sweet, well balanced, mostly ginger with a hint of citrus, and which leaves a tingle on your tongue and throat.
